At Williams and Co, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our cricket bats, offering a comprehensive 12-month warranty from the purchase date against defects in manufacturing. Should your cricket bat exhibit any issues, we kindly request that you reach out to us directly via our customer support email, ensuring that proof of purchase is available to streamline your claim process.

Our warranty commitment is designed to offer peace of mind but does not cover damages from normal wear and tear, intentional or accidental misuse, or failure to adhere to our care instructions. Williams and Co pledges to offer repair services at no additional cost within the warranty period should the damage qualify under our warranty criteria.

We wish to highlight that any interventions on your cricket bat by external entities will unfortunately nullify our warranty guarantee. As the craftsmen of your bat, we possess the specialized knowledge required for optimal maintenance and repair, aiming to preserve the bat’s quality and extend its life.

Furthermore, we advise against using the bat unprotected; the absence of a toe guard and scuff sheet directly voids our warranty. We also strongly discourage personal attempts at bat repair, as this can exacerbate the damage and invalidate the warranty.

In instances where a bat does not qualify under our warranty due to void conditions, Williams and Co holds the discretion to decline repair or replacement. Nonetheless, we are committed to equity and transparency in all our dealings, promising to navigate each situation with the intent of achieving the most favorable outcome for our valued customers.
