However, we kindly ask for your patience in situations where a product, such as a  custom cricket bat, is not immediately available from stock. In such cases, crafting your bespoke bat may take between one and two weeks. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your order meets Williams and Co’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Williams and Co. Recognizing the challenges of selecting the perfect cricket bat online, we offer a 30-day return period. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or simply change your mind, we welcome the return of unused products. We offer a full refund or an exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and are not damaged.
